Sporting Clays for Cancer benefiting Baptist Cancer Center
Event Registration and Sponsorship Opportunities
Round up your best team of sharpshooters and sporting clay enthusiasts to compete in the Sporting Clays for Cancer tournament on Friday, March 27, at the Sporting Club at Mallard’s Croft in Byhalia, Miss.
Two separate flights will be available, either morning or afternoon. Teams of four shooters can select which flight they would like to participate in. We will also have individual shooter categories, and 5-Stand Shooting and Green Target competitions. Golf carts will be available. Eye and ear protection will be provided. Ammunition is not provided but is available for purchase on site.
Numerous sponsorship opportunities are also available. All proceeds from this event go to the Baptist Foundation’s Baptist Cancer Center Patient Assistance Fund which provides financial assistance and other resources to make comprehensive, world-class, multidisciplinary cancer care and services accessible to all in need.

Breakfast/Morning Flight Registration & Practice Time at 7:30 a.m.
Shotgun Start at 8:30 a.m.
Lunch/Morning Flight Awards Presentation from 11:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
Afternoon Flight Registration & Practice Time at 11:30 a.m.
Shotgun Start at 1:30 p.m.
Afternoon Flight Awards Presentation at the conclusion of the competition.

Additional Activities:
5-Stand Shooting Station: $20 per individual for practice shooting/$100 team for team competition (For the Team competition, the team with the most hits will receive half of the money collected for 5-stand team competition for their flight.)
Green Target Station: $10 per person (The shooter with the most hits will receive half of the amount collected at this station for their flight.)
*Note: in case of a tie, there will be a shoot-off competition.
Long Shot Station: $10 per person (The shooter with the most hits will receive half of the amount collected from their flight.)
